Dwanderful

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]As we stay on the topic of mental, lets talk about those of you who are quick to show your temper. Personally, I find this one of the personality traits I can’t live with.

My first husband was so quick to get mad – throw things against the wall, say mean things, threaten divorce, scream at the top of his lungs, and eventually he started hitting me. After three months of that, I decided enough was enough so I beat his butt with a baseball bat and ended the marriage…lol.

I am happy to report that I am a very even-tempered person. I’m in a good mood 95% of the time. I’ve never been one to attack as my first response.

I talk to so many people: adults, kids, couples, singles and so on. Many of them share their relationship problems and it seems many are plagued by hyper-angry people with a bad temper! People who get angered easily, then come begging for forgiveness 45 minutes later and promise to never do it again. a bad temper is a personality trait. Don’t accept a pitiful, “I’m sorry!”

FRIENDS – IT IS CALLED EMOTIONAL ABUSE!

Don’t allow yourself to be controlled by a person like this and if you are a person like this – get help!

No one likes to be around a person who is quick to anger: they are unpredictable, downright scary, can ruin the most perfect day, and they never stop – even though they promise they will each and every time!

Whether an angry person or a person on the other end of it – don’t tolerate it and stop doing it.

Many people with a bad temper could eventually take a swing at you! Then you have another set of problems to deal with!

Living in a stress-free environment is a KEY to mental health!
